Orange, Persimmon, Pomegranate & Lime Winter Fruit Salad
A super fresh mixed fruits salad to get all the benefits of Winter fruits: vitamins andantioxidants. And also very tasty with smooth orange and persimmon, crunchy pomegranate and pepsy of lime. Peel orange and kaki, cut them in slices. Gently combine with pomegranate. Add lime juice and zests
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 persimmons
- ¼ pomegrenate
- 1 lime
Instructions
Prepare fruits
- Peel orange and persommon
- Cut them in 4 then cut thin slices
- Remove pomegrenate seeds
Prepare the fruit salad
- Gently combine orange, persimmon and pomegrenate.
- Thinly grate lime zest over the salad.
- Juice ½ lime in the fruit salad and toss.
Notes
Leave in the refrigerator before serving.
