The French just love barbecues. And it can become a serious thing! When barbecues and planchas season starts, imagination flow: different marinade to prepare, find the best sausages or piece of meat… Although butchers and even supermarkets offer ready-made skewers, I like to imagine mine. It’s often quick to prepare. Olive oil, lemon juice, sometime soy sauce. Plus garlic and herbs from the garden. Then I try all kind of combination of spices.
So today I propose a simple marinade, with few ingredients to enjoy the flavours of paprika. The amount of marinade may seem small, but here we try to give flavour to the chicken by spicing and not soaking in a bath of marinade with often too much oil. This recipe may also be cooked in the kitchen in a frying pan with small chicken or turkey fillets instead of cubes.
